Hague Cases

Database of Protective Mothers who have lost custody and often all contact with their Children through the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.

The Hague Convention decides purely on jurisdictional matters and does not consider domestic violence, pedophilia and other forms of child abuse when deporting children, which it actually should, according to Article 13b in that Treaty as well as Articles 60 and 61 of the Istanbul Convention.

In its current, outdated form, The Hague Convention Treaty does not serve the modern mobility of the “Global Village.” Domestic Terrorists worldwide exploit the Treaty in order to sever the Mother-Child bond. They achieve this by allowing Mothers and Children to return to the country of origin of the Mother, to then later claim she abducted the kids. The kids then get deported to the Father’s country and most Mothers cannot follow their kids. Please note that so-called “undertakings” and domesticated orders are not honoured in almost all cases.

As such, The Hague Convention Treaty has become a vicious Fathers’ Rights Deportation Treaty. Our legal experts specifically target such International Domestic Terrorists, and punish them to the fullest extent, via the Letter of the Law, as these Domestic Terrorist are truly among the most cruel and sadistic perpetrators.

Additionally, we aim to change the Hague Convention Treaty. For example, “Habitual Residence” should be changed to “Habitual Parent,” with global Jurisdiction for the Children. All Court proceedings should be conducted in the English Language, with orders enforceable worldwide. An Autonomous International Oversight Committee must ensure and enforce proper implementation of the Treaty of participating countries. The Hague Convention Treaty is not only woefully outdated, it is downright discriminatory against Protective Mothers and their Children.

On October 3rd, 2023, Mothers ReVolution submitted an Open Letter addressed to the Secretary General overseeing the upcoming Conference on the Functioning of the Hague Convention, including our list of 17 demands of Reform to be urgently implemented for Protective Mothers and our Children. Read our Open Letter and share it far and wide!

If reform is not on the agenda of the men running this Treaty in Geneva, we demand complete abolishment.

Thank you UK Member of Parliament Jonathan Lord, for so eloquently presenting the cruel facts of the insidious Human Rights violations that Protective Mothers and our Children have been enduring for decades due to this Treaty. May you inspire all world leaders and judicial policy makers to follow in your footsteps and make this world safe for Mothers and Children once and for all! Big shout out to FiLiA’s Hague Mothers Campaign for getting our voices heard!
